Stronger Emergency Medical Services Systems
EMS Global Foundation supports emergency medical services in low and middle income countries that save lives outside hospitals through education, partnership and sharing international best practices. EMS Global Foundation is a charitable organisation, operated exclusively by volunteers, and while we provide education and consultancy services, we do not provide direct financial assistance, including donations of equipment or vehicles, to any other parties.

The Challenge
Emergency systems need structure
In many developing nations, emergency medical services face:
- Limited structured prehospital training pathways
- Gaps in clinical governance
- Workforce shortages in ambulance and aeromedical services
- Underdeveloped disaster response coordination
Equipment alone cannot solve these challenges.
Education and system strengthening can.
Our Approach
Education. Systems. Sustainability.
We focus on practical, evidence-informed emergency medical education designed to build local capability.
Prehospital Care Training
Structured clinical education for professionals working in out-of-hospital emergency environments.
Aeromedical Critical Care
Advanced training for air ambulance doctors and nurses operating in dynamic settings.
Emergency Medical Services Operational Support
Advisory services to improve governance, protocols, and coordination within emergency systems.
Disaster Resilience Development
Programs that enhance preparedness and national emergency response capability.
We do not replace local providers.
We support them to make them even better.
Trusted Partnerships
